The article Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life states that this image is from that movie, which would imply that it's copyrighted. If I'm not mistaken, copyrighted images should only be uploaded to English Wikipedia, and not to commons. The licence tag also ought to be changed from GNU to something more apropriate. I have not seen the above movie so i do not wish to make the changes myself.
