Toya (born Toya Rodriguez 1983 in North Dakota) is a pop singer in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School in St. Louis County, Missouri, and St. Louis University. Nicknames: Lunatic Lady, St. Lou Girl. Her hit 2001 single I Do!! led to her self-titled debut album the same year. Her second single was 2002's No Matta What (Party All Night). She was named after LaToya Jackson. She was signed to Arista Records through Hit City Ent. Hit City/ Toya parted ways with Arista in 2003. Single 'I Do' and Album 'Toya' combined sold about 400,000, with the single hitting #16 on Billboard's Hot 100. Album sells weren't ideal but still impressive for a new artist.

On November 3, 2005, Toya Rodriguez married Tamaurice Martin, they since have had son Kaden Martin. Toya currently resides in Georgia.

There was a song that leaked on the Internet Entitled "This Time" and was rumored to be by Toya, But the song turned out to be by Olivia, G-unit's 1st Lady.
