[edit] What was there before?

Out of curiosity, what did this stadium replace at the corner of 71st and Harlem? —Rob (talk) 15:39, 10 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Public Transportation?

How could they have built this in a place that's inaccessible by public transit? About a third of Chicagoans don't have access to a car, and I'm guessing the demographic for soccer fans doesn't include as many SUV-drivers as Cubs and Sox fans. In the Fire's press release, they said it's easily accessible by public transportation. A pace bus transfer at the end of the Orange line in suburban Bridgeview is not what I call accessible. What gives?

what gives? heard of racism? how about classism? and let's not forget about good old american greed. but class is usually the number one reason for discrimination and bad city planning.

[edit] World class

I removed 'world class'from the intro, it maybe a term used in the press releases, but to call a simple 20k seats stadium 'world class' would laughed at in europe Romanista 11:25, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
