On March 1, 1934, Towers, Perrin, Forster & Crosby opens for business in Philadelphia. In 1987, Towers Perrin is established as the umbrella name for the firm. [3]

In the human capital area, Towers Perrin helps organizations develop and implement workforce strategies that align with business needs, address critical talent issues, drive higher performance and ensure the right return on their investment in people.
