To future editors: Regardless of your opinion on Michael Phelps, Wikis are not for opinions. I too would love to ignore/defame his existence, but this is not the place to do so. Unless a person has done something worth noting, he/she is not a notable alum. YOU, the future editor, are not a notable alum, I can assume, so do not insert your name into that section. Please obey these and other common-sense guidelines.--Aresef 18:04, 11 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Wikipedia is an encyclopedia

A reminder to all editors, this is a serious online project, involving many hours of research. It is consulted daily by thousands of people around the world who are seeking reliable, factual information.

  • Wikipedia is not the place for frivolous entries or, worse, intentionally false information.

[edit] Soccer results in 2006

Someone keeps inserting false information that Towson HS was boys soccer co-champions in 2006: this is false and I have reverted it (again). According to the Towson Times of November 16, 2006, Towson HS lost the semi-final match to Mt. Hebron:

...as Towson witnessed firsthand in a Class 3A state semifinal last week ... providing Mt. Hebron with enough offense to outlast the defending state co-champion Generals, 2-1, at North Point High School in Charles County.
