Tough Love Baby is a yaoi comedy manga by Shiuko Kano. The expected release date in English by Aurora Publishing is February 2008.^[1]

Tough Love Baby revolves around four tough, gangster looking guys named Yoshini, Sachi, Tamotsu, and Sora.

The story takes place three years later when one of the protagonists named Yoshino returns to his hometown after suddenly disappearing three years prior. He also runs into his ex-girlfriend and her little brother unexpected when he finds out they're his next door neighbors. However, in place of the cute little brother Sachi he remembers in the past, the boy has now become a much taller (even much taller than himself) young man who looks like a delinquent and gets into fights. However, there seems to be a connection between Yoshino's sudden departure of the town and Sachi's drastic change.

As Yoshino and Sachi struggle with their feelings towards each other after not seeing each other for three years, Tamotsu, Sachi's childhood friend, continues to struggle with his own unrequited love. However, with the appearance of a younger classmate, Sora, he may finally be able to experience the happiness of mutual love.

Overall the story is quite funny and the drama does not extend so much as to be melodramatic.
