The Tough Crazy Bastards are a professional wrestling tag team in Combat Zone Wrestling. The team consists of Necro Butcher, Toby Klein and the CZW boss Zandig teams up with them on occasion, sometimes with both in a 6 Man Tag sometimes just with one of them. Neither wrestler is just a member of that team, they both have separate parts and quite often feud with completely different people, they just team together occasionally under the name Tough Crazy Bastards because that's what they are and their styles are nearly identical.

Necro Butcher and Toby Klein have such similar styles and good chemistry in the ring that they were put together in a team, they were both primarily famous for Deathmatches and being, being insane and pure tough brawlers so the name The Tough Crazy Bastards came about and quite frankly describes their whole repertoire. Although both wrestlers were fairly well established characters when they first teamed up it helped them become even better, as if it weren't for the team neither man would have entered their first Cage of Death match, the most brutal Cage Match around, it consists in CZW and the wrestlers that compete in the Cage of Death are the best and most sick wrestlers in Combat Zone Wrestling a company so violent "sick" is a compliment to their wrestlers. They competed in the 6 Man Tag Cage of Death 7 alongside Joker against Zandig (before they were regular ream mates) and the H8 Club (Nick Gage and Justice Pain in one of the most insane Cage of Deaths in history. They didn't team together as much in 2006 because Necro Butcher was one of the main stars in the CZW vs. Ring of Honor feud he was in the Cage of Death at Death Before Dishonor IV and had a singles feud with ROH star BJ Whitmer, involving a brutal No Rope Barbed Wire Match at ROH War of the Wire 2.At New Year, New Opportunities they competed against each other in a Last Man Standing. Toby Klein feuded with Mitch Ryder, they had a match at H8 but this was to set up for Redemption, where Zandig and Toby Klein teamed up under the name Tough Crazy Bastards and took on Mitch Ryder and DJ Hyde in a tag team No Rope Barbed Wire Match. At Out with the Old in with the New Toby Klein (with Necro Butcher in his corner) faced off against DJ Hyde and later that night Necro Butcher got involved in the feud and took on Mitch Ryder. At that show Toby Klein was also barefoot a trademark that Necro Butcher started in 2006. Toby Klein took on CZW's largest wrestler (at that time) DJ Hyde in another brutal battle at Restore the Order, this wasn't even the end to that bloodbath of a feud. Both the Tough Crazy Bastards competed at CZW's 6th annual Ultraviolent Tournament of Death in 2007 but neither of them made it to the final or crossed paths, but Necro Butcher did face Zandig in a No Rope Barbed Wire Match. At the Chri$ Ca$h Memorial Show Toby Klein faced of with DJ Hyde in a Dog Collar Match.
