This is my first attempt at an edit suggestion Please take it easy on me.

It see seems that the Template:Tour de France should be listed next to the contents section, instead of at the bottom, so that someone who is looking for a specifc Tour De France race can find it easily instead of hoave to scan all the way to the bottom.
