This is a low resolution image of the logo of Touro University. I believe its limited use on the Wikipedia page for Touro University qualifies as fair use. The source of the image is the Touro University Student Handbook. I do not believe this image can fairly be used for any other purpose beyond the page for Touro University in the on-line encyclopedia, English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation.
