Total Intelligence Solutions

Total Intelligence Solutions, LLC (Total Intel) is a private intelligence and security company started in 2007 by Cofer Black vice-president of Blackwater and Robert Richer vice-president of intelligence for Blackwater.
Total Intel was created in February 2007. The Prince Group (the holding company that owns Blackwater) bought two companies owned by Matt Devost: Terrorism Research Center, Inc. and Technical Defense; and merged them with The Black Group (which was led by Cofer Black).
