Tosun Paşa is a 1976 Turkish comedy film, directed by Kartal Tibet.

The film is set in Ottoman-ruled Egypt. Two noble familes are vying for a lucrative plot of land. One family fears that it is falling behind in the bidding so they get their butler, Şaban, to pretend to be the local governor Tosun Paşa and turn the tide. Meanwhile, Şaban tries to woo his niece Leyla and the real Tosun Paşa is about to return.
