Toshihiro Hattori (服部 年宏, Hattori Toshihiro?, born 23 September 1973) is a Japanese footballer.
Born in Shizuoka, he was capped 44 times and scored 2 goals for the Japanese national team between 1996 and 2003. He was an unused substitute player at the 1998 FIFA World Cup, and played 15 minutes as a substitute at the 2002 FIFA World Cup.
