[edit] Not fair use?

Please explain exactly how this is not fair use. It's a cover of a book that he illustrated, and the article discussed it specifically. How is that not fair use. You can not just delete things without giving an excellent explanation for it. --日本穣 Nihonjoe 04:51, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
