Spirit Energy is a force that resides inside all living things. This force is influenced by feelings, thoughts and actions, as well as what is happening to the person or thing. This energy allows for, when used correctly, the user to achieve certain superhuman or otherwise impossible states. It also allows the user to harness the power of and control objects, forces, and other things, such as plants.

Some people harness this energy, and may be seen as psychic or magical. Spirit Energy is not magic or psychic powers but does allow for some similar occurances. The people who harness this power may be known by different names, such as adepts.
