Toru Araiba (新井場 徹 Iwamasa Daiki?, born 12 July 1979 in Hirakata, Osaka) is a Japanese football defender who currently plays for Kashima Antlers.[1] He is naturally right footed but can use both feet. He mainly play as a left full back.

He was a product of the youth system of Gamba Osaka. He was a member of the Japan team for the 1995 FIFA U-17 World Championship finals. He made 2 first team appearances for Gamba in 1997 while he still belonged to their youth team. He signed a professional contract in 1998 and started to play regularly for the club's first team. He received a call-up for the national team by Philippe Troussier in 2001 but has not played a game for Japan.
He moved to Kashima in 2004.
