Torstein Slungård

Torstein Slungård (born 5 September 1931) was a Norwegian politician from the Liberal Party.

He was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Local Government and Labour from 1965 to August 1969 and October 1969 to 1971, during the cabinet Borten.

He served as a deputy representative in the Norwegian Parliament from Akershus during the terms 1965–1969 and 1969–1973.
