The Toro Olive-greenbul (Phyllastrephus hypochloris) is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It is found in Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
