Torkell Vinje

Torkell Vinje (born 21 October 1879 in Ullensvang, died 2 May 1955) was a Norwegian jurist and politician for the Conservative Party.

He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Rogaland in 1931, and was re-elected on three occasions. He had previously served in the position of deputy representative during the term 1925–1927.

Bettum was a member of Skudenes municipality council during the terms 1925–1928, 1928–1931 and 1931–1934.
