Torill Selsvold Nyborg

Torill Selsvold Nyborg (born 23 February 1952 in Kvam) is a Norwegian politician for the Christian Democratic Party, since 2003 county mayor of Hordaland.
She served as a deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Hordaland during the terms 1997–2001, 2001–2005 and 2005–2009.
On the local level she was a member of Fjell municipal council from 1991 to 1995. She served as deputy county mayor from 1999 to 2003, and county mayor from 2003. She chairs the countywide party chapter and sits on the national party board since 2002.
Outside of politics she has worked mainly as a nurse, but also a missionary in Arequipa from 1977 to 1982.
