Torbjörn Blomdahl

Torbjörn Blomdahl (b. 26 October 1962) is a Swedish professional carom billiards (and to a lesser extent pool) player from Helsingborg, Sweden.

Blomdahl has won a total of 15 world three-cushion titles; 5 from UMB and 10 from BWA. With these, he only places behind Raymond Ceulemans who won 24. He also has made 6 successful defenses. So far, he's the only Swede ever to become world champion.

Blomdahl also won 9 CEB European Three-cushion titles and defended it 4 times. He has 18 Swedish titles. His highest run is 24 and once made 50 points in 9 innings (5.555 average).

In 2005, Blomdahl won the Sang Lee International Open at the expense of Turkey's Semih Saygıner. The win earned him $15,000 which is largest ever won from the three-cushion tournament.[1]
