  1. It is a low resolution copy of a 7" single cover.
  2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the single in any way.
  3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the single artwork on another CD.
  4. The image is significant because it is the cover art for a worldwide #1 hit-single by a famous artist, The Tornados.
