Topraisar is a commune in the Constanţa County, Romania.
The commune includes four villages:
- Topraisar (historical name: Turkish: Toprakhisar)
- Biruinţa (historical name: Muratan)
- Moviliţa (historical names: Musurat, Regele Mihai, Filimon Sîrbu)
- Potârnichea (historical name: Abdulah)
Topraisar was the site of a battle in 1916 (see the Romanian Campaign (World War I)).
