TopNotch Records is an Amsterdam based record label, concentrating on Dutch Hip Hop. The label was founded by Kees de Koning in 1995. The first artist who signed with the record label was Extince, others followed quickly. Some people say that the label is the breeding ground for young Dutch rap-talent, because a majority of famous Dutch rappers have signed with the label.
