Tony Prito is a fictional character in the popular The Hardy Boys book series by Franklin W. Dixon.
[edit] Background
Son of Italian immigrants and a close friend of Frank and Joe Hardy, Tony works for his father's construction company and in the Casefiles is also the manager of Bayport's local Pizza Parlor, Mr. Pizza. He is the skipper of the motor boat Napoli and drives one of the Prito co. pickup trucks.
He addends Bayport High and is a standout second baseman on the school’s baseball team and a talented pass receiver on the football team.
[edit] Physical description
Tony is a handsome 18 year old with curly black hair, brown eyes and olive skin. Though not big, he is wiry, with lighting quick reflexes. In Casefiles #41 Highway Robbery is said that he is five inches shorter and twenty pounds lighter then the Hardy boys, who are 6-1 and 6 feet (with Joe about 185 pounds), so Tony is around 5-7 or 5-8 and weighs about 165 pounds.
