Anthony Lemont Peters (born April 28, 1953 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) is a former professional American football player who played safety for ten seasons for the Cleveland Browns and Washington Redskins. He played college football at the University of Oklahoma.

He helped the Redskins win Super Bowl XVII and the 1984 NFL East Division.

The Redskins also led the NFL in fewest passing yards allowed in 1980 and 1985 and fewest points allowed in 1982.
