Tony Osborne was a professional wrestler who wrestled under the name "Tough" Tony Borne. He is also the father of Matt Borne, also a professional wrestler, who was best known as the first person to portray Doink the Clown.

Tony wrestled mostly in Texas and Pacific Northwest territories, becoming a mainstay in the NWA Pacific Northwest under promoter Don Owen. Throughout his career he wrestled for the NWA World Title against Pat O'Connor, Gene Kiniski and Lou Thesz. In the early 1960's in the Omaha territory for promoter Joe Dusek, Tony had memorable matches with AWA World Champion Verne Gagne. He had an impact on up and coming wrestlers who spent time in the Pacific Northwest such as Roddy Piper, Rick Martel, Buddy Rose, Rip Oliver and Billy Jack Haynes.
