Tony McGovern born Anthony McGovern, 16 May 1970, in Glasgow) is a Scottish guitarist, Vocalist and songwriter.
Tony has been with Texas since 1998, though he only became a full-time member in 1999. Currently he is writing music and gigging with side project Kizzy Star
