Tony Lawler

Anthony John "Tony" Lawler (born 18 October 1961) was an Australian politician. Born in Dubbo, New South Wales, he attended the University of Sydney before becoming a pharmacist. In 1998, he was elected to the Australian House of Representatives as the member for Parkes, representing the Nationals. In 2001, however, he was defeated for preselection by the son of his predecessor. Lawler subsequently retired from politics.[1]
