Tony Hirst is a British actor & theatre director.

He has also narrated for the TV documentaries Blueprint for Disaster, 2005, The Garage , Smash Lab, and in How It's Made since 1999. He also narrates some of the program trailers on FX, as well as being the voice over for the Daz detergent adverts

Tony has also appeared on Ready Steady Cook, BBC 2 Wednesday 5 March 2008. He was on the red tomato team and controversially lost to Zoe Lister by a solitary, who plays Zoe Carpenter in Hollyoaks.

Tony was in Moscow on the day of the 2008 UEFA Champions League Final (21/05/08) to support his beloved Manchester United as they beat Chelsea in a penalty shootout to take the win on the night.
