Tony Bellew

Tony Bellew (b. February 24, 1984 ) is a British professional boxer who won several national titles as an amateur.

Fighting out of Liverpool’s Rotunda ABC, Bellew claimed the both the 2002 and 2003 novice ABA title’s by knocking out every man he faced. Then, when he was eligible for the Senior championships, he stepped up to the 91kg heavyweight class and added even more titles to his collection. In 2006 he lost to Danny Price.

He turned pro in 2007 under promoter Frank Warren, trains at Anthony Farnell’s Manchester house of pain. He has won his first few fights at light-heavyweight.
