Tongbram

Tongbram is a title or surname specific to the Meetei community of Manipur [1] a state in the north eastern region of India.

Other common surnames include Kshetrimayum, Maibam, Mutum, Thokchom, Laimayum, Soibam etc. (Notice that all surnames start or end with the letter 'M'. There are very few surnames that doesn't end with an M, like RK for Raj Kumar, which have evolved from a Title )
