Tong Yang Bank

Tong Yang Bank, formerly known as Orion Bank, is a savings bank based in the Philippines. The bank is majority owned by the Tong Yang group, a South Korean chaebol. The bank largely caters to the Korean expatriate population and was founded amid the East Asian financial crisis in 1997.
