Toner Quinn

Toner Quinn is a traditional Irish fiddle player and founding editor of JMI - Journal of Music in Ireland, a bi-monthly Irish music magazine.

He edited the book Desmond Fennell: his life and work (Dublin: Veritas, 2001), a collection of essays on the Irish writer Desmond Fennell (ISBN 1853905097)

With the Arts Council of Ireland, Toner Quinn was Project Officer for the Special Committee on the Traditional Arts which produced the report, 'Towards a Policy for the Traditional Arts', in September 2004.
