it seems as though this article needs some editing. it doesn't read very well.

Contents

[edit] Uncircumcised

Completely out of the blue, I spotted this edit by an anonymous user:

Danza is uncircumcised.

Even if it's true, I struggle to see its relevance in the article. I have reverted the edit. --Ardonik.talk()* 22:04, Apr 17, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Notice all of the "R.I.P. Tony Danza" posts all over the Internet?

Well, in the spirit of such trollish behavior...R.I.P. Tony Danza!

[edit] Ladanza or Iadanza?

Was his original name Ladanza or Iadanza? I have always thought it was Iadanza, and this article had it as such, but User:67.166.173.89 changed it without explanation. IMDB.com and TV.com have him as Ladanza, but NNDB.com, Yahoo Movies, Genealogy.com and the "Who's the Boss?" episode of E! True Hollywood Story call him Iadanza. I am inclined to believe it was Iadanza, and I will change it back if no one objects. - Ektar 15:40, 7 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Injured?

Somewhere I recall reading that Danza was severely injured in a car accident. I think he was 43 at the time, which would place the accident around 1994. Does anyone know about this?

[edit] Shafer

The article begins Tony Shafer, and I see no other mention of a name change. That needs to be clarified or changed to Danza.

[edit] Porn Star?

I heard a rumor that Danza was a porn star before he broke through as a credible actor. I heard that his patented move was called the Danza Slap. When I searched for the Danza Slap article, it appearred to have been removed. Anybody know anything to prove/disprove his smut peddling career? Stephen 14:46, 6 May 2006 (UTC)

I have also heard this as well

[edit] Picture

I removed the picture of the Gibbon. I couldn't find anything mentioning that the gibbon was named for Tony Danza.

Il Divo (Tony Danza.)
Il Divo (Tony Danza.)

Not sure where the real Tony Danza picture is.

[edit] Talent?

I was just wondering why Tony Danza got so many parts with so little talent. Mob connections perhaps? And why did his character usually have his own first name? So he wouldn't get confused? Anyone know?

[edit] Viet-Nam Vet?

I heard that Danza was a vet. I suppose he's the right age.

[edit] The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza

This band is mentioned in the culturual references section of this page, but it seems to be an obscure one -- when Googling all I found was a Myspace page and a Last.FM listing, with relatively few plays. Is it worth mentioning? --Gafaddict 20:16, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Minor league ballplayer?

I've heard for years that Danza played minor league baseball. Is this true and if so, why is it not on this page? I'd heard he was in the Cardinals organization. EdRooney 12:46, 21 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Recent Vandalism and Cleanup

Was just doing cleanup and came across what I believe was vandalism about Tony Danza's "death". I searched Google and found nothing to support this so I took it out. Also if anyone has appropriate information I think what the article needs most to come off the cleanup list is a decently written "Early Life" section and maybe a few grammatical edits by people better at that than I.
