[edit] What's the deal with the Heroin line?

I'm not Wikipedia savvy, so I'm not going to attempt to edit this myself, but the last line of the current revision referring to Heroin abuse seems to violate the guidelines about libelous material. It is not sourced. Can someone please remove it or find a citation? Thanks.
