This article needs to have its grammar cleaned up; there's quite a few phrases like 'the highway has being constructed', etc. Also, the word 'carriageway' has been misspelt both here and on other pages as 'carridgeway'. There's also a bit of a POV problem with this phrase: '...this proposed route may be cancelled or changed as I don't see it being considered until after 2010.' The sentence needs to be rewritten without the first person POV. Bird of paradox 12:14, 6 November 2005 (UTC)
