[edit] Fair use rationale

  1. This image illustrates the text next to which it appears, which describes the production of Prime Minister's Questions.
  2. The image shows the setting and clearly illustrates the confrontational nature of the programme described in the article.
  3. This image is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality).
  4. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to market or sell the work in any way.
  5. This image is used on various websites, so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is.
  6. The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the original work.
  7. No free or public domain images have been located for this item.
  8. Images from the Houses of Parliament can only come from Parliament TV which only produce not-free images. It is illegal for anyone other than Parliament TV (and official photographers during the State Opening of Parliament) to take an image inside Parliament. Therefore there can be no free images of the Prime Minister addressing Parliament.
