[edit] Summary
45-second sample of the opening of a song accompanied by the Mina battery.
[edit] Fair use for Mina (drum)
This sample is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because its size is less that 10% the original recording. The original recording is 10:28 minutes long. The sample is 45 seconds long. The reason I left it at 45 seconds, instead of the customary 30 seconds was so that listeners could appreciate the role of the sung parts against the drumming. 01:05, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
