Hi, I checked the profile of Haicheng, Liaoning at this page. No town in Haicheng is named Xiafangshen. 牌樓 (Pailou) is apparently a wrong name for Xiafangshen. Can you provide the Chinese characters of this town's name and add sources to this article? I left the questions at Talk:Xiafangshen. You may respond there.
