Well done to Epbr123 and Alex valavanis respectively. Two of our featured articles, Elliott Smith and "Smells Like Teen Spirit", were featured on the main page in May. We collaborated on Anthony Kiedis, Pearl Jam, Kurt Cobain and Soundgarden during the past month. During the month of May, Black Lab, Just Like Heaven (song) and Pearl Jam were promoted to good article status. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

Quick question: the line "The single quickly stormed up the independent charts in Seattle . . ." Are there independent charts in Seattle? I'm not sure that any regional indie charts exist in the US. We collaborated on Meat Puppets, In Utero, "Touch Me I'm Sick", John Frusciante, and Zeitgeist (The Smashing Pumpkins album) during the past month. During the month of July, Sky Blue Sky, R.E.M. (band), "Monkey Gone to Heaven", A.M. (album), The Cure, Blood Sugar Sex Magik, Wilco, Loose Fur, John Frusciante, A Ghost Is Born and Being There (album), a total of 11 articles, were promoted to good article status; a record month. We now have 33 GAs, out of a total of ~680 articles.

I fixed that sentence. And, really, I think you're simply making a big deal out of this, it looks like the other The Simpsons Season lists, and that is one of the requirements for episode summaries are different seasons for shows. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. Hi again, thanks for the comments. As noted in the article (commented out), some of the quotes etc. are sourced from here - I haven't been able to track down further citation details in most of those cases, which is the reason for some of the weaker citations. Additionally, with the promotion of Radiohead, U2 and R.E.M., half of our Top Importance articles now have featured article status. Well done to Atlantik, Brandt Luke Zorn, CloudNine, the various WikiProject Powderfinger editors, Merbabu, WesleyDodds, Teemu08, NSR77 and Grim-Gym. The discographies of Dischord Records and Load Records reached featured list status during the past month. Well done to Drewcifer3000 (who wrote both featured lists). Powderfinger discography reached featured topic status during the past month. Well done to the various WikiProject Powderfinger editors. We collaborated on Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, Franz Ferdinand (band), PJ Harvey and Michael Stipe during the past month. During the month of January, Rage Against the Machine, Pick Up the Pace, "Lost and Running", Bernard Fanning, Year Zero (album), Jon Coghill, "Losing My Religion" and "Touch Me I'm Sick" were promoted to good article status. Additionally "This Charming Man", a former Featured Article, has been re-promoted to FA status. Well done to WesleyDodds, NSR77, Grim-Gym, the various WikiProject Powderfinger editors, Atlantik, Ceoil and Dihydrogen Monoxide. The discography of Silverchair reached featured list status during the past month. Well done to Dihydrogen Monoxide. Surfer Rosa was featured on the Main Page on March 21. We collaborated on In Rainbows, Vitalogy, The White Stripes, Blur (band) and Accelerate (R.E.M. album) during the past month. During the month of March, Nine Inch Nails live performances, Oasis (band), Boredoms, Hoodoo Gurus, and Vitalogy were promoted to good article status. This month's "Recommended Alternative Album" is Editors - An End Has a Start (2007).

"God is in your scrotum!'"- Perry Farrell Project news This month was the first in over a year in which no articles were promoted to featured article status. In the period between March 2007 and April 2008, the project produced a whopping 70 Featured Articles. Let's keep adding to those numbers! Pearl Jam was featured on the Main Page on April 22. We collaborated on My Bloody Valentine, The Queen Is Dead, Double Nickels on the Dime and Ten (Pearl Jam album) during the past month. During the month of April, Diorama (album), Editors, Neon Bible, Ghosts I–IV, "Yes! I Am a Long Way from Home" and "Who Really Cares (Featuring the Sound of Insanity)" were promoted to good article status. This month's "Recommended Alternative Album" is Sleater-Kinney - Dig Me Out (1997).

Well done to Drewcifer3000, Indopug, Tenacious D Fan and Teemu08. We collaborated on Superunknown, Supergrass, Kate Bush and Foo Fighters during the past month. During the month of May, The Killers (band), "Under the Bridge", Death Cab for Cutie, Bloc Party, Coldplay, Beck and Ten (Pearl Jam album) were promoted to good article status. This month's "Recommended Alternative Album" is Cocteau Twins - Treasure (1984).
