Got your respones... it has been a while hasn;t it. I look over the page again... the biggest thing that stick out to me is the use of years, months and days for age. Since birthdate is a static measure of difference for everyone (unlike seniority of service which can stop growing without a person dieing)... I find it easier to use birthdate for age article, that way, you don;thave to periodically adjust the age as time passes by. Food for thought.
