Tom Fearer has worked in Loss Prevention industry since 2001. Fearer began his career in Loss Prevention at Target Corportation in 2001, holding various positions in during his tenure in the Assets Protection department (Target's verision of Loss Prevention). Fearer stayed at Target until 2004 until moving Dillard's to continue his career as an agent at the company's flagship store at the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale Arizona. After a year and half tenure at Dillard's Fearer moved to Sears Holding where he has held various Loss Prevention Management positions ever since.

Fearer has written several articles locally in Arizona pertaining to Loss Prevention. Fearer contributed the large bulk of the Retail Loss Prevention stub that is currently seen on wikipedia.org. Fearer has also done radio interviews in California relating to the Loss Prevention industry. Fearer can be reached in regards to Loss Prevention questions at tomfearer@yahoo.com.

Fearer was born in Detroit Michigan on October the 6th 1982. Fearer has resided in the states of Michigan, Connecticut, Illinois (briefly), New York (briefly), and Arizona. Fearer currently resides in Scottsdale Arizona where he works for Sears Holding and owns a home near the Arizona Canal. Fearer occassionally attends Scottsdale Community College on a part-time basis.
