Tomoko Ninomiya (二ノ宮 知子 Ninomiya Tomoko?, born May 25, 1969) is a Japanese manga artist, based in Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
In 1989, she made her debut with London Doubt Boys. In 2004, her series Nodame Cantabile received the 28th Kodansha Manga Award for shōjo manga.[1]
