Tomoko Higashikata is a minor, fictional character appearing in the Japanese manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (ジョジョの奇妙な冒険 Jojo no kimyōna bōken?), by Hirohiko Araki. The character is portrayed as an ally of the protagonist.

Tomoko Higashikata is Josuke Higashikata's mother, single and somewhat strict. She does not like to be hit on by other men because she is still madly in love with Joseph Joestar.
