Tomokatsu Kitagawa

Tomokatsu Kitagawa (北川 知克? born November 8, 1951) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Neyagawa, Osaka and graduate of Kansai University, he ran unsuccessfully for the House of Representatives in 2000. He ran again in July 2003 and was elected for the first time.
