Tomoe Ohmi (近江知永, Ōmi Tomoe^?) is a voice actress (seiyū) and singer with RAMS/evolution. She is from the Saitama prefecture of Japan, and was born October 13, 1982. She received training from the Japan Narration Acting Institute (日本ナレーション演技研究所, Nippon Narēshon Engi Kenkyūjo^?) and RAMS Professional Education. She made her debut as a seiyū in the anime School Rumble. Her first musical release was the single Utakata.
