Tommy Irwin (born Thomas Andrew Irwin on December 20, 1912 in Altoona, Pennsylvania; died April 25, 1996 in Altoona, Pennsylvania) was a Major League Baseball player. An alumnus of the University of North Carolina, Irwin was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in 1938 and played three games for them in October of the 1938 MLB season. On December 15, 1938, he was traded to the Boston Red Sox with Denny Galehouse for Ben Chapman but did not play another Major League game.
