Tommy Duggan (22 July 1909 - 2 November 1998) was an Irish actor who contributed to British television and film from the 1940s to the 1980s. He appeared in Superman II as a diner owner and in The Omen as a priest. His television roles include Dixon of Dock Green, Doctor Who: The Mind of Evil, Father Ted and The Man from U.N.C.L.E..
