Thomas David (Tommy) Allen (born 4 September 1984 in Norwich, Norfolk)[1] is a speedway rider in the United Kingdom, riding with the Rye House Rockets in the Premier League.
Tommy won the Premier League Championship in 2005 with his current club, and again in 2007. His brother Olly currently rides for the Coventry Bees.
