Tomiyama, Chiba

Tomiyama (富山町; -machi) was a town located in Awa District, Chiba, Japan.

As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 5,864 and a density of 145.36 persons per km². The total area is 40.34 km².

On March 20, 2006, the municipalities of Tomiura, Tomiyama, Miyoshi, Shirahama, Chikura, Maruyama and Wada (all from Awa District) merged to form the city of Minamiboso.
